Graffiti na kościelnych ławkach w kontekście inskrypcji w przestrzeni sakralnej

Abstrakt:
W artykule przeanalizowano graffiti z ławek w kościołach katolickich w Bydgoszczy zebrane przez autorkę w latach 2014-2017. W badaniu zastosowano metodę analizy kontekstowej oraz studium przypadku. Napisy z bydgoskich kościołów omówiono w kontekście wybranych przykładów inskrypcji w przestrzeni sakralnej (kościół z terenem i budynkami przykościelnymi), historycznie poświadczonych oraz zaistniałych współcześnie. Napisy, niezależnie ich od statusu (legalne-nielegalne), rozpatrywano przede wszystkim uwzględniając ich lokalizację w przestrzeni sakralnej i opierając się na ustaleniach M. Eliadego o podziale i doświadczeniu przez człowieka przestrzeni świętej i świeckiej. Ponadto rozpatrywano inskrypcje w aspekcie poznawczym (tematyka) i pragmatycznym (domniemany obraz odbiorcy i nadawcy oraz motywacje pozostawienia napisów). Wnioski z analizy wskazują na trudności w interpretacji motywacji pozostawiania graffiti na kościelnych ławkach. Tematyka napisów na ławkach, mimo ich lokalizacji blisko centrum przestrzeni sakralnej, nie odzwierciedla doświadczenia przestrzeni świętej, ale wskazuje raczej na postrzeganie kościoła przez autorów graffiti podobnie jak przestrzeni świeckiej.
